Warren Demian Manshel (1924-1990) was United States envoy to
Denmark from 1978-1981.
Manshel published the
journal Foreign Policy, which he co-founded with
Samuel P. Huntington. Born in Germany, Manshel was a graduate of Harvard and a naturalized US citizen, In childhood, Manshel was a classmate of
Henry Kissinger. Manshel was a member of the
Council on Foreign Relations.
